Why
To prepare your estimate and quote (steps before a contract), to fulfill orders, to keep invoices as required by tax law, and to honor warranties. With your separate consent, to send you offers.
Who sees it
Our staff, and only where needed our installers and carriers. Suppliers receive technical specifications only, never your identity. Data of private customers is not shared between our companies.
How long
Quotes 3 years, invoices as required by tax law (5 years or more), warranty documents for the warranty period, marketing until you withdraw.
Your rights
Access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, objection, and withdrawal of consent at any time. Write to privacy@clarelio.com; we answer within 30 days. You may also complain to the Romanian supervisory authority ANSPDCP (dataprotection.ro).
