1. What this portal is
The Clarelio estimate portal is run by Clarelio S.R.L., Romania (RO55038363), for approved dealers and business customers of Clarelio and of 17541198 Canada Ltd. Access is by invitation only.
2. Budget estimates, not quotes
Prices in the portal are budget estimates before tax. They are not a quote or an offer. A binding price exists only in a written quote from Clarelio.
3. Your login
Your login is personal. Keep your password private and do not share it. Tell us at once if you think someone else has it. We may suspend an account that is misused or when the business relationship ends.
4. Keep prices and product data confidential
The prices and product data you see are confidential business information. Use them for your own work with Clarelio. Do not pass them to third parties and do not copy them in bulk.
5. Your customers' data
If you enter details of your own customers (name, email, phone, address), you confirm you may do so and that you have told them. How we handle personal data is explained in the privacy notice.
6. Availability and liability
We work to keep the portal running, but it may be unavailable for maintenance or for reasons outside our control. The portal is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, Clarelio is not liable for decisions made from a budget estimate instead of a written quote.
7. Changes
We may update these terms. When we do, you will be asked to accept the new version the next time you sign in.
8. Law and contact
